This policy explains what information the Dream Basement Finishing website collects and how it is used. It reflects how the site is built today.
What this site does not do
The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing scripts. Fonts and images are served from the same server as the site, so visiting a page does not send your information to font or image services.
Information the server may record
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Information you choose to send
The project inquiry form asks for details about your basement and how to contact you: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, city or ZIP code and notes. At the time of writing, the form is not connected to a submission service and does not transmit anything; it says so on screen.
Once a submission service is connected, the details you send will be delivered to Dream Basement Finishing through Submission service name needed and used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. This section must be updated to name that service before the form is enabled.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set cookies. If you start the inquiry form, your multiple-choice answers (what your lower level is like today, the spaces you picked, the size and the timing) are kept in your own browser's local storage so a reload does not lose them. They stay on your device, are cleared when you send the form, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Names, contact details and notes are never stored this way.
